Come join us for our special 5-day retreat in cozy, hotel style comfort at the beautiful Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, 328 George Wallace Dr. Albertville, AL. September 22-26, 2025. Centrally located to quilt shops, retail stores, grocery stores & restaurants with a new Longhorn Steakhouse next door to open September 9th.

Sewing station set up only will be available on Sunday, September 21st from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. With a greet & meet at 6:30 pm.
Our group will occupy the entire 4th floor featuring themed sewing rooms set up for sewing and connecting with friends, and management has generously offered our group the use of the downstairs breakfast & common area to accommodate our lunches, dinners, and other activities throughout the week. And feel free to grab a cup of coffee and hang out by the pool.
Lodging is not included in our retreat price. Hotel management has discounted singles, doubles & suites for our group just steps away from the sewing fun and that link to reserve your rooms will be on the registration form for those attending. Great opportunity to share a room with a friend to keep costs down.
What is included:
$275.00 per person - 5 days of sewing with friends, shop hop, group project, games, door prizes and a few surprises.
20 stations available - 4 quaint themed rooms - Stitcher's Paradise, The Quilted Nest, Bobbin Along & The Crafty Needle that will also include cutting stations, ironing stations & design boards. A coffee pot is available in each room and a snack table for all to share & a hydration station outside the rooms for fresh water refills.
5 meals – 2 lunches and 3 dinners will be included in the retreat price, along with the continental breakfast provided with your room reservations. Also, a list of recommended restaurants & grocery stores will be provided in our itinerary.
Note: Because our room is limited to 20 guests and will fill up so quickly, payment is required to secure your spot. Please email us for a copy of our registration form, return it and advise how you will be paying. Once your payment is received, confirmation will be sent that your table is secure.
