Come join us for 5 fun filled days of quilting & sewing with friends in the Clubhouse at The Retreat RV & Camping Resort in Huffman, TX. We are so excited to add this venue to our list of retreats as the park has so much to offer with their unique lodging options & amenities. The Clubhouse has a spacious room to have our retreat, and the Pavilion will be perfect to hold our group dinner and band. Station set up will be available starting at 6:00 pm on November 5th after the park's activity is over.
What is included in our retreat:
30 tables available - First come, first serve basis - no holds.
Cutting stations, ironing stations & design boards will be available throughout the room.
$250.00 per person - 5 days of sewing at the Clubhouse, make & takes classes, voluntary community project, shop hop, door prizes, games, and a few surprises. And of course, our traditional dinner and band. Additional $25 for spouse or guest attending the dinner.
Note: Only the BBQ meal is provided as a part of the retreat; all other meals will be your responsibility. A list of recommended restaurants & grocery stores will be provided on our itinerary.
Lodging is not included in the retreat. Reserve your camp sites, cabins or RV directly through online reservations or call the park at 713-528-8321. The park is offering our group a 15% discount. A promo code to reserve sites will be sent to those attending.

Note: Because our retreat is at peak season for winter campers reserving the park and our room is limited to 30 persons & fills up so quickly, when you post going on the guest list, you will receive a message with our newsletter & registration form. Please return registration via form via email along with your payment to secure your table. Confirmation will be sent when payment is received, and your table is secure.
