If you haven’t made one of the quilts in the “Magic Series” from Carolyn’s In Stitches, you won’t want to miss this class! This quilt is made using three 2 ½” strips sewn together. When cut into 6 ½” squares and sewn together using a unique technique, “Magic” happens. Those tiny pinwheels are formed without any little pieces! Carolyn will show you how. It’s one of her favorite designs because it’s unique piecing makes it super quick and the “Magic” always amazes, even her!
You’ll want to choose high contrast fabrics in just two colors. Visit the shop to see some sample quilts to give you some ideas.
You’ll be cutting the 2 ½” strips according to the pattern prior to the class but no pre-sewing.
