We continue the spirit of World Mental Health Day with a restorative sound journey. This evening offers a chance to pause reconnect and release the stresses of the week. Through the calming vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls chimes and other instruments you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation where your mind can find clarity and your body can soften.On Saturday October 11 2025 at 18:00 join us at Amber Studio in Groene Passage for a sound bath experience focused on love and connection.
Location: Mariniersweg 9 3011 NB Rotterdam Amber studio (downstairs).
Time: Please arrive by 17:55 so we can begin promptly at 18:00.
No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself lie down comfortably and allow the sounds to carry you toward balance ease and renewed energy.
Wear cozy clothing and warm socks—you’ll be lying down for an hour. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided to ensure your comfort.
