Join the Alexandria Museum of Art in kicking off our fourth annual Farm to Forest Plein Air Festival! This event features a 2 hour painting competition, fun porch parties and ends with awards and a delicious dinner with the artists.
Tickets are only $30 and include entrance to porch crawl and dinner.
Location: Start at Gallery House 1901 Jackson St, Alexandria, LA 71301 to pick up your wristband and event map!
Schedule of Events:
3:30PM - 5:30PM Artists' Timed Painting. Participants are encouraged to walk around and watch live painting while stopping in at various "Porch Parties" hosted by Garden District Residents
6:00PM - Dinner with the Artists. Meet at 20th and Albert Street for the presentation of awards and to view finished paintings. Dinner to follow. We'll be serving Jambalaya and various salads and desserts.
