Be a Lifeline for Your Loved Ones

Just like CPR, knowing how to respond in a mental health crisis can save lives. QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) equips you with simple, yet powerful skills to recognize the warning signs of suicide and offer support. Join us for this 90-minute class and learn how to be there when it matters most.
