M**der on the dance floor - run by Sara
You have been invited to one of the legendary parties at Valena Liadon d'Phiarlan's blue mansion at the penthouse of one of Sharn's tallest towers. Her husband, the equally acclaimed painter Tellian Liadon has decorated the penthouse for the occasion and famous dancers from House Phiarlan have been hired for the evening.
People from all over Eberron, are present at the party, and it truly is a place where everyone can be themselves.
However, Beleth Romhaar, an exiled writer and philospher from Aerenal has been found murdered. She had been staying at Tellian and Valena's house for a while and there are rumors that she had an affair with Valena.
Valena hasn't been seen since the police arrived and the police are now fearing the worst. You have been brought up for questioning and you have a feeling that despite not being guilty, the investigators from House Tharashk may not take your word for it.
Players may play a party guest, an investigator from House Tharashk, a reporter or anyone else that may have a motive for being involved with the investigation.
Game will be a thriller/political intrigue and will be a light rules homebrew of DnD 5e, where players will be quickly creating a quick character for the one shot at the start of the session.
Trigger warnings: M**der.
The Saint is missing! run by Pau
For years, an individual who goes by the name of the "Saint of Guilds Row" has been defending and aiding and helping the unprivileged people of this town: the outcasts, the queer and forgotten. Nobody truly knows the identity of this local hero, but they are very well loved and respected.
For weeks, there's been rumors that the Saint is out of action, some speculate that the corrupt guard has finally apprehended them, or worse; others say they have persished; others, they just simply left the town. The nobles are now emboldened and are sending their mercenaries against these marginalized people, who cannot protect themselves against the blunt force of the oppressive system, and the guard, in turn, are on the brink of declaring martial law to squash the ever increasing protests.
You, local townsfolk, have taken upon yourselves to find out what exactly happened with the Saint and stop the chaos and a possible revolt... and uncover a possible conspiracy behind it all.
System: D&D 5e (2014 rules)
Charcters: Level 3. Pregens will be available
Players: An urban fantasy adventure for 3-5 players of level 3 No previous experience required .
Content Warnings : possible queerphobia, racism and fantasy-appropiate violence.
Whatever Floats Your Boat - Run by Stern
It has been a few centuries since the mega forest drowned the pre-verdant world. The people who survived or emerged through mutation, like myconids, sentient swarms of arachnids and ghosts of ships, struggle to live of the few islands left or out on a chainsaw boat on the tops of the wildsea. Communities struggle to survive by whatever scraps they can scavenge.
But not today. The Perpetual Sakura Sea has fruit and nectar aplenty, so it is time to celebrate. A parade of boats will go around the sea to celebrate the diversity in the communities: different species, relationships and ways of caring for each other. Your crew will partake, but you have yet to find and make decorations for your ship. And what about the mad man who keeps screaming that this is a terrible idea?
System: Wildsea
Players: 4-5 players, somewhat beginnerfriendly, but wildsea requires more input and creativity from the players, so you must have experience with collaborative storytelling from elsewhere, such as theater or writing forums.
Characters: premades will be given, which we'll customize on the spot
CWs: the world has no discrimination or bigotry. Since it is more improvisational, we talk lines and veils at the start.
