Open to all - (HOWEVER, this is a Queer-focused event, and our safety and comfort is paramount)
Join and nourish/be nourished by Queer community at our first QueerCraft Potluck which we hope to repeat monthly after hours at the cozy Stir Crazy Cafe.
Stay for a bit or just pop in to make and take a plate - whatever you need to feel a bit of joy or to feel held.
Bring a dish or tasty treat if you are able.
We'll have coloring pages and craft supplies for all to enjoy. $5 suggested contribution to help pay for supplies, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
We'll have air cleaners for the space and face masks for those who would like to use them.
We'll be making small art pieces/cards with a Queer Joy/Coming together/Community theme (even in times of darkness) that will be displayed at Stir Crazy and sold to raise funds for local LGBTQ+ mutual aid. We'll have cardstock, mini canvases & art supplies for folks to create their own art pieces.
