Join long time Yoga teacher, Keene Native, & fellow LGBTQ+ community member, Tim Wichland, for a fun all levels Yoga Practice! Starting at 4 pm - we'll enjoy a 1 hour, "less formal" yoga practice. We'll breath move and flow to fun pop/rock/disco tunes - and enjoy a great, safe, all levels practice together (no yoga experience necessary! Beginners welcome!).And at 5 pm - join us for a Queer Social Hour! Get to meet/greet & chat with the same unique LGBTQ+ people you practiced yoga with - and enjoy one cocktail/mocktail with your admission ticket!
$25/person for 1 hour yoga practice and 1 cocktail/mocktail from Madam Sherrie's!
What to bring: a yoga mat (cheap ones are in the chain stores!), any props you'd like, comfortable "work out" type clothes for moving/stretching, flowing. No previous yoga experience necessary.
