Presented by the national storytelling series, Queer To Tell, their Louisville-chapter, and Pandora Productions. The first in an ongoing series, "I'm Going Out Tonight!" features stories about unforgettable nights out; from staying out all night dancing with your friends, to a romantic tryst with an alluring stranger, to baby’s first night in drag or going to a gay club!
ABOUT US:
Queer To Tell is a New York-based storytelling movement bringing together LGBTQIA+ identifying artists, activists, and storytellers to create intimate, celebratory, live shows that platform the “real-life tales” of Queer people. Since launching in June 2023 as a 3-show series for Pride Month in New York City, Queer To Tell has produced 34 shows across 4 cities (NYC, Austin, Louisville, Pittsburgh), featured 154 storytellers, as well as 13 Queer-owned businesses, and has welcomed over 1,300 audience members across all shows. Each show has a different theme that allows for 5-6 storytellers to share personal stories that often touch on the universal experiences we as a community share (coming out stories, the icons who inspired us, the clothes we chose to adorn ourselves with, etc.), the nuances of our different identities, and the experience of being human. It is our mission to create consistent, dependable cultural experiences where LGBTQIA+ folks and allied communities can come together and reinforce the sense of a strong, national community united by a common commitment to visibility and equity.

* I've never seen sliding scale tickets before! What is this?
Great question! We believe that the arts should be as accessible as possible to as many audience members as possible. We also want this event to be accessible to all of the artists that create this event by paying them as well as we can!
In order to support both of these efforts, we are offering our tickets at different tiered prices. For those that are currently experiencing financial strain, we have the Friend of Dorothy ticket available. For anyone that has a little extra to support offering accessible tickets and paying our artists, we have the Golden Girl ticket! If you are somewhere in the middle, we have the I'm Going All Out Tonight ticket that covers the costs associated with the event.
Whatever ticket you choose, there is no verification needed or judgement passed! We're just excited to have you join us. :)
