Ready to experience tantra that celebrates all bodies and identities?Tantra for Every Body (also known as Queer Tantra) is a modern, inclusive form of neo-Tantra. It goes beyond the traditional cisgender, straight, slender, neurotypical, or young body ideal, welcoming everyone to explore the transformative potential of this ancient practice.
In this workshop, you’ll discover how tantra — a philosophy that teaches freedom through embracing the pleasures and challenges of the human experience — can support you in slowing down, reconnecting, and finding more ease and joy in your body.
✨ Elements you can expect:
🌀 Guided solo, partner, and group exercises
🌀 Breathwork, conscious touch, movement, and sharing
🌀 Mindful awareness practices
🌀 Rituals created with respect, supporting your humanity without cultural appropriation
🌀 A chance to slow down from daily life and reconnect with what truly serves you
You are welcome to come alone, with a partner, or with friends. Partnering is never based on assumed gender, and the exercises are designed to be inclusive, consent-based, and empowering for all. Witnessing is always valid participation.
This is a white workshop with pink elements.

👋 Wilrieke Sophia (they/them) – Netherlands
Wilrieke is a sex & intimacy educator, (TEDx) speaker, coach, and founder of Exploring Deeper and Cuddle Workshops International. They have led hundreds of transformative events around empowerment, self-knowledge, embodied boundaries, and consent. They created the concept of Cuddle Workshops over 13 years ago.
🛠️ Wilrieke creates trauma-aware, neuroscience-informed experiences, collaborating with scientists and artists, and providing resources on accountability and safety through the Red Flags in Workshops project.
