About this Event
The world right now can feel dark and isolating, especially for queer people. Building strong, supportive social circles is more important than ever. But where do you meet people IRL? The Queer Community Connections Happy Hour will be a welcoming environment for LGBTQIA2S+ people to meet, connect, and build systems of mutual support.
This event is designed for people who want to find like-minded friendship and engage in meaningful conversations. Whether you’re looking for someone new to talk to, reconnecting with an old friend, or craving a space to share current experiences being queer in the DMV, this happy hour is for you. Let’s come together to strengthen our collective resilience—while having tasty drinks and snacks in the process!
Hosted by The Pincus Center, owned by Tamara Pincus, LICSW. For questions or intakes, go to . Additional thanks to Her Diner, a brand new lesbian-owned restaurant and bar at 2004 18th St NW, Washington, DC 20009 for hosting us.
