Queer Breathwork

This event provides a safe space for individuals in the queer community to connect and heal, to release what you've been carrying for too long. We aren't meant to heal in isolation. In this space, you will be supported as you breathe and release what your body is carrying. Through a rhythmic style of breathing, we can tap into the part of the nervous system that stores cortisol, trapped emotions, and trauma. When we do this, we complete the stored stress response and release the energy from our bodies. This leaves us feeling lighter, more at peace, and deeply connected with ourselves.
