Say hello to our very first Annual Queer Art Contest here at New Heights School of Art!
For the month of June, we're on a mission - create a welcoming environment for our LGBTQIA+ students in our school lobby, and we need your help! From now til June 26th, we're asking our local artists in the Chippewa Valley to create works of art to submit for our art contest! Then, on June 27th, we'll host an art show displaying everyone's works of art along with the announcement of our prize winners AND a silent auction for the remainder of our contest entries!
Our Prompts: Submissions must include a rainbow of colors (not necessarily in a rainbow shape!) and be all-ages friendly to be considered for the contest!
These should be physical submissions (prints, canvas, sculptures, etc) to be on display, which will need to be delivered to New Heights School of Art, Banbury Place, 800 Wisconsin Street, Building 2, Suite 319 in Eau Claire before June 26th @ 8PM!
