A yoga class for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community is designed to be a welcoming, affirming, and judgment-free space where everyone can move and breathe as they are.
Yoga is more than just physical practice, this class can feel like a community gathering. Acknowledging that many 2SLGBTQIA+ people carry stress from discrimination or feeling unseen, this class offers yoga as a tool for grounding, rest, and empowerment. Participants leave not only having moved their bodies, but feeling respected, safer, and more at home in themselves.
