Queer and Trans Peer Led Meditation Group

Join us for the Queer and Trans Peer Led Meditation Group at Mountain Rain!

This is a group for individuals who identify within the 2SLGBTQIAA+ community to come together and practice mindfulness and meditation. Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, all are welcome to join us.

This group is peer led which means that meditation instruction will be offered by fellow group members and will be followed by a brief opportunity to check in about our practice together and then some tea and light snacks. We look forward to seeing you there.

This is an ongoing group that is scheduled on the first Tuesday of each month.

We received funding from a Neighbourhood Small Grant (Vancouver Foundation) to cover the rental fee and some light snacks for the group - you're welcome to bring a snack to share if you're inspired to.

Mountain Rain is all one level (no stairs) with wheelchair accessible washrooms, chairs and meditation props for comfort.

Please avoid wearing scents and masks are encouraged.
