Fall Festival returns to Ontario’s Legislative Building at Queen’s Park with plenty of free family fun on Saturday, October 17!


Visitors can experience the crisp air and beautiful colours on the Legislature's grounds while taking part in a wide variety of family-friendly activities, including the Parliamentary Pumpkin Patch, crafts, inflatables, photo ops, face painting, Zac's Jacks pumpkin carving, fun zones, lawn games, an outdoor market and Almost a Farm Petting Zoo.


Live, interactive entertainment for all ages will also be available, with shows at the Parliamentary Plaza such as Urban Cowboy Line Dancing, Mâmawin'towin: A Métis Kitchen Party with Alyssa Delbaere-Sawchuk and Amanda Rheaume, The Farmer's Daughter Show, Sugar the Band, and Tonatiuh Grupo Folklórico (Mexican folk dancing group).


Inside, visitors can take a self-guided tour of the Legislative Building and enjoy more crafts and activities, photo ops, and live performances by the West End Riverboat Band and Natasha Meister. The first 500 visitors will receive a ticket to take home a free mini pumpkin from the Parliamentary Pumpkin Patch! The Quorum Café will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for food and refreshment purchases. See the full schedule of Fall Festival events at the Legislative Assembly's website.
