IT'S TIME TO PLAY MAS!!!

OUR ANNUAL QUEENS CARNIVAL IS APPROACHING FAST!

Join us on Saturday, August 24th, 2024 at 11:00 AM EST for a day filled with music, food, and fun.

The event will kick off from DredSurfer Grill 16-27 Seagirt Blvd Queens, NY 11691 and make it's way down the boardwalk to Rockaway Beach.

Vendors will be located on the Boardwalk at Beach 17th Street.

Join the ultimate Caribbean Carnival in Queens! Immerse yourself in the lively culture with electrifying performances by local artists and dancers. Savor mouthwatering island cuisine, carnival delights like funnel cakes and cotton candy, or chill out with a refreshing icee or smoothie. Wander through our bustling marketplace and discover unique souvenirs and handcrafted treasures from local vendors.

YOU ARE INVITED TO SELL YOUR GOODS AND PARTICIPATE IN THE FUN!

In order for the carnival to be diverse we need a variety of different vendors such as:

food & drinks, clothes, jewelry, etc..

Vendor Requirements:

• NYC Vendor Permit (https://www.nyc.gov/site/dca/businesses/license-checklist-general-vendor.page)
• DOH ServSafe or Food Handler Certificate (https://nyc-business.nyc.gov/nycbusiness/description/temporary-food-service-establishment-permit)
• Liability Insurance Fee (available through link at Eventbrite)
• Price list and menu
• Queens Carnival Application Form
• Queens Carnival Application Fee (no personal checks accepted)
• Food Vendor 10'x10' Reservation (1 Tent= $250)
• Food Vendor 10'x20' (2 Tents = $400)
• Merchandise Vendor 10'x10' Reservation (1 Tent = $200)
• Merchandise Vendor 10'x20' (2 Tents = $300)
• Merchandise Small Single Table ($75)
• Merchandise Large Single Table ($100)
