All female, unsanctioned, full powerlifting meet!!!
Los Campeones is proud to host the 2nd Annual Queen of the Sioux Empire! This meet is unsanctioned and is open to powerlifters of all experience.
This is a full powerlifting meet with three attempts for squat, bench and deadlift. The meet will be outdoors (weather dependent).
FAQs
- When are weigh ins? You can weigh in the day before the meet during staffed hours (8am - 8pm) at Los Compeones. If you can't be there the day before, you can weigh in the morning of the meet.
- Will the weights be in pounds or kilos? all weights will be in pounds
- Do I need to be an experienced lifter? no, we encourage lifters of all levels. This is a great first meet if you have never competed before.
- What do I have to wear? Wear whatever workout clothes you are comfortable in, no singlet required.
- Will there be meet shirts? Yes, on is included in your registration fee.
- Is there early bird pricing? Yes, sign up before June 30 to get early bird pricing.
