Join us Saturday's May 11th at Dock Bookshop on 6637 Meadowbrook Dr Fort Worth TX, as Mike Guinn Entertainment presents the first ever "Queen Of The Pen" Pre Mother's Day Poetry Slam & Showcase.

This high-energy in-person event will showcase the raw talent and creativity of local poets, as they compete for the coveted title of Queen Of The Pen.
Oh, but there's a twist. In addition, poets share already prepared poems. For one of the two rounds. These word warriors will also be challenged to create an original poem on the spot from a list of prompts that we give. This will be a true test of their pen-womanship and leave no doubt that the winning poetess is indeed the Queen Of The Pen.
