We’ll also be joined by Geoff Farrell and Mic Pilon from ConnectBiz Business Brokers for a practical conversation about business value and sale readiness.
They’ll share what buyers actually look for, what can increase or reduce the saleability of a business, and why preparing well before you want to sell gives you far more options.
And you do not need to be planning to sell for this session to matter.
Looking at your business through the eyes of a potential buyer is a useful commercial exercise for any owner. A profitable business isn’t necessarily a saleable one — particularly when too much of its value, knowledge or relationships still sits with the founder.
