Doberman Rescue Concern is located in West Palm Beach
All volunteer mostly Nancy Armstrong.
She takes the Doberman’s at greatest risk that usually have medical issues or hospice that are harder to place, adopt out
She has rescued other breeds and cats.
All funds collected go 100% to the animals
