This month's charity is to benefit medical bills for James Edwards III.
James is 18 months old and was born with a congenital heart defect. James has been in the hospital since July 17, 2024. He has been diagnosed with aortic valve stenosis, a bicuspid heart valve, iron deficiency anemia, mitral valve regurgitation, and PVCs (premature ventricular contractions). He has had 4 blood transfusions recently while in the hospital. James is currently on 5 different medications to help regulate his heart. On August 11 2024 he went through his first heart surgery. He underwent a second surgery in September of 2024. James will be on medication for quite some time and under doctor's care indefinitely.
