In the event of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, Organizers may require pre-registration, enforce capacity limits, or deny entry at its sole discretion. All attendees must comply with the event’s attendance policies and any instructions from event staff. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to assume all risks associated with attending the event and further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Quantum Vegas LLC, its organizers, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to their attendance at the event, including any claims arising from personal injury or property damage—even if such injury or damage is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Quantum Vegas 2955 in organization or in execution.
