Quantum Blueprint Meditation

As we all have an aura, that changes with the energy in and around us. We have energy centers in the body called chakras that have set colors that match with each of chakras.

We also all have a set blueprint of quantum energy within and surrounding our physical body and each layer of the quantum energy has its own color.

In this class we will be cleansing and clearing each one of the Quantum Blueprint layers.

This is a guided meditation.

Please feel free to bring anything that will help you feel comfortable laying down or seated.

Visualization & Intention: Uses guided imagery to reshape limiting beliefs and manifest desired outcomes.
