Machine Operators (Skilled & Specialty)

Tooling Technicians
What We’re Looking For
✔ Hands-on machine operating experience required
✔ Experience operating woodworking or manufacturing equipment such as:
• Moulders
• Cope & shaper machines
• Tenoners
• Table saws
• Voorwood machinery
• CNC equipment
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to perform intricate, precision work
✔ Solid math skills
✔ Comfortable reading and using a tape measure and calipers
✔ Eager to learn, grow, and advance within the operation
Shifts Available:
🕕 1st Shift: Mon–Fri | 6:00am–2:30pm
🕝 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri | 2:30pm–11:00pm (+12% shift differential)
🌙 3rd Shift: Sun–Thu overnights (+20% shift differential)
Pay & Benefits:
💰 $1,000 New Hire Bonus (paid at 30, 60 & 6 months)
✔ Full benefits starting the 1st of the month after hire
✔ Paid vacation, tuition reimbursement & ongoing training
👟 Close-toed shoes required
