The 2025 Quad State Beer Fest: ShamRocked! takes place on March 15, 2025 from 1:00pm - 7:00pm at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center (7313 Sharpsburg Pike Boonsboro, MD) near Hagertsown, MD. This event is predominantly outside under massive pavilions, but we have had well over 2,000 attendees each of the last 10 beer fests no matter the weather!

Application to be a vendor at the 2025 Quad State Beer Fest: ShamRocked! is free, However...

IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:

FOOD VENDOR - $350 (24x18)

REGULAR VENDOR - $150 (12x12)

* If you need more than the allotted space, you will need to purchase two spaces at time of registration.

*Electricity Package is $30 and MUST be added at time of formal registration (not here) and includes access to Basic 7 Amp power within 25 feet (Bring your own cord). Larger power is not available. Quiet generators are permitted in food vendor row only.

*Vendors who apply will receive a confirmation email that their application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register, and payment will be collected at that time. If registration is not made within 7 days, you'll risk losing your approval.

Absolute Vendor Deadline For All Vendors is February 10, 2025. *Date subject to change based on vendor response.

All spaces are outside, most under pavilions (not food vendors).

While there are NO REFUNDS, in the event of serious emergency or weather event, we will consider transferring vendor fee to another event.
