Come dance with me in honour of International Women's Day on the 8th March 2025 - 'For ALL women and girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.'* as we shall explore the theme of 'Girl Power' through Qoya Inspired Movement.
This practice blends movement, mindfulness, and music to create space for self-discovery and empowerment. Rooted in the belief that through movement, we remember our essence as wise, wild, and free, Qoya encourages you to embrace your authenticity.
