Whispers of Nature Sacred Grove
Whispers of Nature is a hidden sanctuary where the trees whisper, the stream gently flows, and peace returns. Surrounded by forest beauty and mountain air, it feels like stepping into a little piece of magic—where nature holds you and the soul can breathe again.
Held on our beautiful flat grassy area beneath the trees in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We often disconnect from our body, mind, and spirit, forgetting the wisdom that lives within their union. QOYA Inspired Movement is a nourishing spiritual embodiment practice that weaves together sacred space, intention setting, breathwork, and movement set to music.
QOYA is an invitation to strengthen resilience, rest in your essence, and remember the Divine within you. It reminds us of what we already know deep inside: that we are wise, wild, and free.
No dance experience or skill is needed. This is not about performance—it is about presence, playfulness, and reconnecting with yourself.
🌸 All body types, abilities, and spiritual faiths are welcome.
Please bring:
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• Water
• Yoga mat or blanket
(Some mats/blankets will be available to borrow.)

Offering psychotherapy, spiritual companionship, dreamwork, ceremony, reiki, retreats, and QOYA.
