Let's celebrate Women's Health Week with a scenic walk through the oasis of designer gardens at Roma Street Parklands.
Join Heart Foundation Walking QLD and the Roma Street Parkland volunteer guides for an insightful tour of the parklands. A great opportunity to connect with others, share stories and enjoy time wandering through the picturesque gardens.

This year’s Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week theme is “Do it anyway” – which recognises that looking after your health isn’t always easy – but small actions can make a real difference.
Walking is a simple but powerful way to care for your heart - and sharing the experience with others strengthens our sense of connection.
Date: Thursday, 10th September
Time: Meet at 9:45am for a 10:00 AM walk
What's On: 90 min guided walk.
Location: Roma Street Parklands | meet at The Hub | 1 Parkland Blvd, Brisbane City QLD 4000
FREE tote bag and potted plant available to first 30 to register (must attend on the day for collection)
You may like to book a seat at a local cafe for afterwards - nearby there is Roma Cafe and Restaurant or The Garden Room (where refreshments are available for purchase).
What to bring: Remember to bring water, a hat, wear comfortable shoes, and wear a splash of red to show your support if you can.
