This session is created as a gentle space for you to pause.

You don’t have to explain anything.
You don’t have to “do” anything.

You’ll simply be guided to lie down, breathe, and allow the sounds to support your body in softening.

Many people notice:

• A quiet release of emotions they didn’t realise they were holding
• A sense of connection—within themselves, or to those they remember
• A deep state of rest… sometimes even falling asleep

This is not about doing Qing Ming “differently.” It’s about giving yourself a moment within it.

Join us for a calming sound bath experience in person, perfectly timed with Qing Ming. Let soothing waves of sound wash over you as you relax and cleanse your mind and soul. It's a great way to honor tradition and find some peace in the moment. Come as you are, bring your chill vibes, and let's enjoy this unique journey together!

• No prior experience is needed
• Bring along your own water, a jacket or a shawl to cover in case you feel cold
• Relaxing Eye Masks are available for sale (Optional)
• Please arrive about 10 minutes early so you can settle in calmly
• We begin on time to protect the quietness of the space. Latecomers may not be allowed in respect to the other participants

• Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to pass your spot to someone else
• If your plans change, just let us know at least 2 days in advance—we’ll do our best to support

Spaces are intentionally kept small, only 10 mats. Not to limit — but to ensure everyone feels held, undisturbed, and at ease.
