Nibble and sip through the artful pairings with Hansel, Head Somm from @sakestreet.sg and Ching, Chief Tasting Offer from @cheeseshop.sg. They will break down how acidity, fat, salt, and fermentation play together to create the perfect bite (and sip). Usually behind the scenes, Sake Street is a Tokyo-based independent sake distributor bringing modern-style sakes to Singapore (their sakes are featured at Michelin-starred restaurants and sake bars!).
