Qigong with Gina Molby
Often described as meditation in motion, Qigong combines qi (energy) and gong (work or skill), and can be understood as the practice of cultivating and circulating life force energy.
Instead of sitting still and trying to quiet the mind, the practice supports the nervous system through slow, intentional movement, gentle focus, and the breath as an anchor for awareness. Qigong, like other forms of meditation and mindfulness, is a practice in observing what thoughts and emotions are present, including anger, sadness, or restlessness, without being controlled by them. As the body relaxes and energy begins to move more freely, many people notice greater emotional balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of vitality.
This entry-level class is designed to be accessible and relevant whether you’re navigating a demanding schedule, feeling the cumulative effects of stress, sensing energetic depletion, or simply curious about practices that support sustainable energy and mental clarity over time.
Come reconnect with the quiet intelligence of the body and breath.
