Beginner level and for those with some experience. Join Eddie and discover what this is all about. Qigong is primarily a standing practice but can be modified with a chair for balance.
1. The YOCO studio is scent free for the health and comfort of those with allergies.
2. Please remove shoes upon entering the studio and silence phones during class.
3. Props are available; students are asked to clean props after each use.
4. Bring your own props if possible.
