Cristian Laiber, expert in traditional Chinese Internal Schools as well as in Bujinkan Ninjutsu, will hold a Qigong seminar on 14th of March in Norrköping, Sweden.
5 basic methods for cultivating Song and a deep relaxation within the body/mind.
In Taijiquan and Qigong, "Song" refers to a state of relaxation, openness, and fluidity in both body and mind. The term "Song" can be translated as "looseness" or "release," emphasizing the importance of letting go of tension and stiffness noth physically and mentally.
Achieving Song involves more than just physical relaxation; it encompasses a holistic approach that integrates body awareness, deep tissue stimulation, breath control, and mental clarity.
By practicing the 5 methods you come in contact with your body structure, the state of full and emptiness which is a crucial part in understanding the Internal Arts and the connection to the ground without which Qigong is useless.
The exercises had multiple values, therapeutically, martially (by sensing the the tension/release in your own body you can sense this state in your partners body), meditatively (a deep awareness of body/mind/breathing relationship).

Cristian Laiber started martial arts in 1983 and trains every year in Japan and Taiwan with masters from many traditions.
Cristian Laiber had the opportunity to study internal arts as Taiji, Xing Yi, Yiquan, White Crane, in Japan following the Taiwanese lineage, far more rich and deep then the mainland chinese simplified Taiji arts. He discovered Machida sensei - old student of Sato Kinbei sensei - the pioneer of chinese internal arts in Japan. He also travels regularly to Okinawa and Taiwan in order to deepen his knowledges of chinese internal arts as transmitted from Taiwan and Fuzhou.
He meets many old masters who are the keepers of a true genuine wisdom that have nothing to do with modern Combat Sports and competitions. Thus his legacy is an invaluable source of information for all the sincere practitioners who follow a traditional Martial and Spiritual path.
