Hunyuan Qigong (Primordial Energy Qigong) is a foundational internal energy practice that blends meditation with gentle movements. It emphasizes circular movements, deep breathing, and mental intent to gather and circulate vital energy (Qi) through the body's energy centers, the Dantian.
The practice typically consists of a sequence of 12 standing, meditative exercises. These movements focus on opening energy channels, massaging internal organs, and storing Qi.Mind-Body Integration: Rather than relying on purely physical strength, practitioners use mental intent (Yi) to guide the Qi, allowing for deep relaxation and the development of internal power.Everyone should wear loose fitting clothing, nothing tight fitting or binding. This way you know what you are feeling.
