Qigong supports the body’s natural tendency to return to harmonious balance. It is gentle yet profound way to create equilibrium in your body and mind using gentle flowing movements, breath work, and meditation.
Qigong loosens your muscles and builds powerful bones; strengthens your organs, improves cardio-pulmonary function, boots the nervous system and improves vascular function; it helps to prevent injury to joints, ligaments, and tendons; speeds recovery time from injury and operations, eases stress; and brings emotional balance to your mind, body, and soul.
Qigong is accessible to everyone and every body.
$120 – 6 week series
$20 – single class drop in rate at the door (Although this is an option, we will be building upon previous sessions, it is recommended to attend all six)
