Oh My Soul and Journey welcomes Gina of QiGong with Gina Carter to the studio.
The fall session will focus on aligning with the seasonal energies of Autumn, as well as bringing the body and the nervous system into balance. In traditional Chinese Medicine fall is the time of contraction, going within and releasing/letting go with the associated organs of the large intestines and lungs. We will be finding ways to balance these organs to support and nourish our bodies are we prepare for winter.
This class is open to anyone at any fitness level with no prior experience of QiGong.
