QiGong Earth Day Event!

Let's Celebrate Earth Day!

This Earth Day Body & Brain is celebrating by showing YOU how you are already connected to the Earth through the ancient practice of QIGONG!

Join us for a special QiGong session to kick things off from 1-2pm.

We will then have some time to give some care and love to the Earth through a park clean up along the banks of the Mysitic River in Medford.

Lastly, we will wrap things up by sharing some delicious food at our annual potluck.

Bring yourself, bring your family and friends, and bring some delicious food and let's celebrate this Earth Day the way we're meant to, together!
