Qigong Classes ~ Thursdays, July 2-23
In this classes, you'll explore breath, intentional movement, and meditations to release stress and cultivate the healthy flow of Qi (your life-force energy). Movements improve mobility, and can be adapted to your unique body.
Facilitated by Savitri Cole, you’ll be guided through each practice with presence and care.
What You Will Experience
• Gentle warm-ups to open the body and support circulation
• Breathwork to regulate energy and calm the mind
• Flowing Qigong movements to release tension and promote ease in the body
• Meditation to integrate the practice and foster inner peace
***Open to all levels.
***Classes blend standing practice, with some shorter periods of seated meditation. Chairs are provided for seated mediation, and for use during practice if standing is a challenge. Movements are accessible and can be modified for your body. Bring a yoga mat if you wish (great cushioning sensitive feet, and for those who wish to meditate on the ground).
