TaKeTiNa is a moving, multi-layered, group meditative process, which provides a supportive space for relaxing the controlling mind, allowing flow, equanimity and play in this paradoxical world of polarity; fostering mind-body integration and awareness; cultivating kindness for self and other within complexity and challenge.
No experience is needed. Your body is the instrument, using the voice, hands, and feet. We play with fundamental rhythmic patterns accessible to all and embrace learning at our own pace within a group.
Bring along water, comfortable clothes and walking shoes.
This workshop is led by Dave Chiller, certified TaKeTiNa facilitator.
There is no charge to participate in this event, but donations are welcome and appreciated.
Location: Center for Sacred Sciences, 5440 Saratoga St. Eugene, Oregon.
Directions: Take Amazon to Fox Hollow Rd, turn right on Saratoga St. then take the first left into our parking lot.
