Join us at Fort Lauderdale Beach for an envirgorating session of qigong, where you will learn gentle chinese medicine movements that promote longevity, increased vitality, boosted immunity, and overall well-being.The class will begin on time, so please arrive a few minutes early to find your place in the sand. Where do we meet?
exact location tba one day prior! you should see a sign standing up and Farrah in uniform!

If this is your first Qigong experience, please use these guidelines:

• come with an open mind and a water bottle. no equipment necessary! comfy clothes recommended

• arrive alcohol free

• please refrain from wearing strong scents

• be prepared to stand for the duration of class (approx 1 hour)

Farrah Fisher, a Florida native who started her qigong career in NYC, is a self trained artist, certified qigong practitioner, and trauma-informed healing facilitator. Farrah has been teaching qigong since 2017 and creates pleasant learning environments fueled by compassion. Her mission is to create potent ripple effects of positive change within the community and beyond.
