Tai Chi and Qigong classes suitable for all levels at Home for Cooperation, Nicosia.
Tai Chi Stick: Mondays 18:30-19:30
Qigong: Wednesdays 15:00-16:00
Fee: €10 per class.
Tai Chi is an exercise that improves balance, flexibility, cardiovascular health and the immune system. It is also known as “Moving Meditation” since we practice slow, fluid, circular and centred Martial Arts and Qigong movements with a relaxed body and mind. Bring a broom stick with you to practice Tai Chi Stick.
Qigong is an ancient exercise from China to optimize the energy flow in the body, relax the mind, and improve health, wellbeing and awareness. With slow, Tai Chi like movements Qigong regulates the mind, breath and body, and contribute to wholistic wellbeing.
No Qigong class on 21 January and 4 March.
