Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese system of coordinated physical postures, movement, breathing techniques and meditation that is designed to promote health, spirituality and physical fitness. The system traces its origin to Traditional Chinese Medicine, philosophy and martial arts.
Please arrive to class 10-15 min early to settle in.
***Britta is a mother, wife, Qi Gong teacher, dancer, yogi, graphic designer, literacy advocate and poet. She is a student of Nick Loffree, a protégé of internationally recognized Qi Gong master and doctor of Chinese medicine, Lee Holden and Tevia Feng of White Tiger Qigong. She has been teaching energetic movement since 2011.
