Starting with a relaxing restorative Qigong Flow. This sequence is easy for all to follow and suitable for all abilities. Qigong is an ancient form of tai chi and very relaxing.
We will then transition in to a few restorative postures and a lovely soundscape Gong Sound Bath.
Where I will guide you into a deeply restful state.
Let the resonant waves of sound wash over you. Releasing stress, clearing energy blockages, stagnant energy and anything that may stop you tapping into your true wisdom. I will guide you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.
This meditative journey uses the healing vibrations of the gong to realign your mind, body, and spirit. Creating space for clarity, creativity and renewal.
Coming back to a state of pure bliss and the calmness of your true nature. Surrender to the mystical soundscape and emerge refreshed and grounded. Feeling a deep sense of harmony with yourself. Feeling lighter and at ease.
