I’m offering a short, free Qigong session at the Lees Summit East branch library on Wednesday, May 6 at 6 pm. Qigong you can’t do it wrong! Come as you are and I’ll show you what to do. You’ll be guided step-by-step. You don’t need special abilities but the curiosity and intent for fun! No stress, no sweat and no special clothing. This is also good for people who enjoy group activities without competition or have a concern about a physical limitation. Qigong is for Everyone!
