8am-9am: Deborah will take us through QiGong, where the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Embodied Five Element Theory meets the modern pursuit of Holistic Health. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to Qi Gong, Deborahʻs class offers accessible teachings designed to support mind body spirit and emotional wellness through the breath and moving meditations.

9am-1pm: Treat yourself to a scrumptious Brunch with a full handcrafted menu with plenty of delicious options, while enjoying music from ThirdEyeArtCollective

11:30am-12:30pm: Polina will guide us through Vin Yin Yoga, a strength building class focusing on glutes and core with breathing techniques to calm the nervous system.
