Join White Lotus at our free community Tai Chi and Qigong Event. We will be doing this every 1st and 3rd Saturday, weather permitting throughout the spring, summer, and fall. We will meet at the Philosopher's House in Johnson City at 10:30am for a cup of your favorite beverage and a little chit chat, then move down to King's Common to get some relaxing exercise in the park. The Qigong flow will open and last about 15 minutes, then we will perform about 30 to 45 minutes of Tai Chi. It's the perfect way to get your body ready for the weekend.How to register: No registration needed, but we appreciate RSVP and joining the White Lotus group so you will have current information in case of changes.

Cost: Free and open to all. Food and/or drink purchases at teahouse encouraged
