Astrology Circle

✨ One of my favorite subjects is astrology or the study of the stars. I love knowing that humans, regardless of where they lived or at what time they lived, observed the night sky and created meaning and stories based on their celestial observations. I am fascinated that no matter where or when on the historical timeline you look, similar patterns and archetypes emerge.

If you, too, are interested in astrology, then I invite you to gather for a monthly discussion and teaching. Whether you are a novice or long-time student, you are welcome to participate.

Each circle will have a specific focus with time for questions. Practical applications around the specific focus will be explored. If you want to be able to ask questions about your chart, then you will need to bring a copy of natal chart with you. (You can access your natal chart for free here and then click on “Extended Chart Selection.” You will need to know your birth date, birth location, and birth time.)

This circle is open to all genders.

✨ Led by Kim Bushore-Maki

Kim Bushore-Maki is a soul-driven entrepreneur who understands the undeniable urge to create a business and a life filled with meaning and purpose. Her vision of opening a center where people could heal and grow led her to open Shakti in the Mountains in Johnson City, Tennessee: a place where the creative, feminine energy is nurtured and valued.

Kim is a licensed professional counselor and a yoga teacher. She completed the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy program as well as the Shake Your Soul Yoga Dance program. Kim is very interested in somatic expressive therapy, archetypal psychology, gardening, herbalism, astrology, wisdom traditions, and regenerative economics.

Kim continues to build and to support inclusive, vibrant communities. She spends most of her time mentoring leaders, guiding healing programs, and providing mental health counseling.
