Come join us every Wednesday from 3-4pm to learn how to relax the mind while strengthening the body with one of the lesser known branches of Chinese Medicine, known as QiGong (Chee- Gong). We will be teaching a QiGong system that originated from the Taoist Monastaries of Wudang Mountain, the birth place of Tai Ji. We will discuss Taoist philosophy and theory of Qi along with learning the methods of self cultivation, for improved health and wellness.
